Terms of service

These terms apply to every order placed on . They sit alongside the Shipping Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy, Payment Policy, and Privacy Policy, which form part of the contract.

2. Products and availability. Product descriptions and prices are those displayed on the site at the time of order. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we inform you within one business day and offer a replacement or a full refund to the original payment method.

3. Price. Prices are shown in euros and include French VAT. Shipping is free within mainland France. The total displayed at checkout is the total payable.

4. Payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. Card authorisation occurs at order placement; capture occurs at dispatch.

5. Delivery. We deliver to mainland France only. Preparation takes 1–2 business days and delivery a further 3–5 business days, using Colissimo, Chronopost, or Colis Privé. See the Shipping Policy for full detail.

6. Right of withdrawal. You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw without giving a reason. The standard withdrawal form and the procedure are set out in the Returns and Refunds Policy.

7. Legal guarantees. All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 and following of the Code de la consommation), which applies for two years from delivery, and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the Code civil). These guarantees apply independently of any commercial return policy.

8. Complaints and mediation. Send complaints to info@mavolingo.com. If a complaint is not resolved within one month, you may refer the matter to the consumer mediator identified on the Legal Notice page, free of charge.

9. Applicable law. These terms are governed by French law. Consumer disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the French courts under the applicable rules of civil procedure.
