Your right of withdrawal
Under French consumer law (articles L.221-18 and following of the Code de la consommation), you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to withdraw from the purchase, without giving a reason and without penalty. This is a natural-day window. Exercising the right of withdrawal does not require justification, and you do not need to use the standard form below — any clear statement sent to info@mavolingo.com within the 14-day period is sufficient. If you use the standard form, you must send it before the 14-day period expires.

The withdrawal period starts on the day you, or a third party you have designated, physically take delivery of the goods.
How to return an item
To start a return, email info@mavolingo.com. Please include:

where and when you bought the product;

your order confirmation or receipt;

a photograph of the product as you received it; and

a short note on why you are returning it (not required for a withdrawal, but it helps us route the parcel correctly).

We will reply with return instructions. Do not send a parcel back before you have received those instructions, because we need to match the return to your order.

Return shipping is free. We do not charge a restocking fee, and we do not deduct anything from your refund for the cost of return postage. Send returns to:

Products should come back in a condition that allows us to resell them: unused, with any tags, seals, and original packaging intact. This condition requirement does not limit your statutory right of withdrawal; it applies to the resale value of the item, and we will tell you before making any deduction if a product is returned used, damaged, or incomplete.

Refund timing
Once your return reaches us, we process the refund within 1–2 business days. The money goes back to the payment method you used at checkout. Your bank or card issuer then needs a further 7–10 business days to post the credit to your account. We will email or call you when the refund has been processed on our side, so you know the 7–10 business day bank window has started.

Nothing in this policy removes any right you have under French consumer law, including the legal guarantee of conformity (garantie légale de conformité, articles L.217-3 and following) and the guarantee against hidden defects (garantie des vices cachés, articles 1641 and following of the Code civil).
